She was predeceased by: her husbands, John Leo Wright and Bill Haskins; and her sons, John David Wright and Joe Christopher Wright. She is survived by: her son Jay Wright (Arlene) of Covington; her daughters-in-law, Bonney Wright of Roanoke and Charlotte Wright of Beckley, WV; her stepchildren, Gene Haskins of Amherst, Dale Haskins of Concord and Peggy Strom of Roanoke; her grandchildren, John Erik Wright (Jessa), Jason Wright (Nicole Short), Amanda Weaver (Corey), Dr. Emily Wright and Lt. Colonel Matthew Wright (Erin); and her great grandchildren, Brynn, Elle, Jett, Tanner, Nora, Gavin, Aubrie, Silas, Elliott, Clark and Miles. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial tributes take the form of contributions to Central United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 16, Clifton Forge, VA 24422.
