He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry E. Purkhiser Jr. and Vera "Gwennie" Purkhiser (Jones); his former wife Eva Sue Tarr; his daughter Lisa Kay Purkhiser; and his sister Brenda Kay Emmons.
He is survived by: his wife Paulette Bundy; his daughters, Sherri Horton (Don) and Pamela Dixon (Michael); his stepdaughter Allison McKenna Paoli (Shawn); his grandchildren, Matt Dalton (Whitney), Kylyn Dixon (Alexis), Nick Dixon (Fran), Harley Parsons (KatLynn) and Sam Parsons (Lucy); his great grandchildren, Eli Dalton, Luke Dalton, Madyx Sue Dixon, Anika Dixon, EverLynn Parsons and Mila Parsons; his stepgrandchildren, Jeremy Horton (Jayme), Beth Horton and Morgan Fleetwood (TJ); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Elijah Horton, Xavier Horton, Justin Clark, Preston Fleetwood, Gage Fleetwood and Zane Fleetwood. He is also survived by Several Nephews, (1) Niece, Step-Grandchildren and Step-Great-Grandchildren.
