He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald "Red" Wininger and Mary "Bonnie" Wininger (Jones); and his siblings, Gordon Wininger and Vickie J. Hatfield. He is survived by: his wife Donna C. Wininger of French Lick; his children, Steven Lee Wininger, II (Rhonda) of Jasper and Lisa Lynn Cornett (Casey) of French Lick; his siblings, Ricky D. Wininger (Sherrie) of French Lick, Jerry W. Wininger of French Lick and Sherry Stackhouse; his grandchildren, Chase Lee Wininger (Kennedee), Lucas Allen Wininger, Tyler Houston Tooley (Christina), Natascha Chantal Tooley (Jared Wells) and Kody Lee Tooley; his great grandchildren, Addison Grace Tooley and Kaysen James Wells; and his stepgrandchildren, Jamie Van Winkle and Jessica Van Winkle.
