He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence J. Baer and Emily Dora Baer (Merchand); and his siblings, Johnny Baer, Martin Baer, Robert Lee Baer, Lilly Shipman and Mary Jane Emmitt. He is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
