He is survived by: his wife Janet Stevens; his children, Doug Stevens (Jennifer), Linda, Vicki Craft and Pam Ratliff (Dean); his sister Betty; and his grandchildren, Danny, Jeremy, Megan, Courtney, Missy, Tiffany, Cory, Nikki, Kord, Shelby and Cara.
