He is survived by: his children, Mary Catherine Patricia Jurczyk (Michael), Patricia Marie Smith (Brian), John Francis Smith (Anji) and Kevin Patrick Smith (Florence); his wife MaryAnne Smith; his brother Michael Smith; and his grandchildren, Brianna Smith, Samantha Smith, Thomas Jurczyk, Annika Jurczyk, Kevin Smith, Jr., Austin Smith, Zachary Smith and Aubrie Smith.
