Mary Qualkenbush Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Qualkenbush (French Lick, Indiana), who passed away on January 18, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Sturgeon and Dora Sturgeon (Hall); her husband Roy Qualkenbush (Ross); her brothers, Jerry and Ausbell Sturgeon; and her grandson Shane Baker.

She is survived by: her children, Reva and Kern Qualkenbush (Velda) of French Lick; her grandchildren, Desiree of Indianapolis, Brandon of Nashville, TN and Tyler Baker (Ambra) of Nashville, TN; her great grandchildren, Indie Grace Baker, Linkoln, Asher and Ethan Harrison; and her siblings, Helen Brown, Opal Hammond, Donna Smith and Lee Sturgeon.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Emmons' Ridge Cemetery in care of Kathy Kalb. Also make donations to Alzheimer's Association, Greater Kentucky and Southern Indiana Chapter, Kaden Tower, 6100 Dutchmans LN, STE 401, Louisville, KY 40205-3284.
