He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fred and Nancy Ellen Tuell (Hopper); and his sister Linda Ward. He is survived by: his brother James Ward Tuell (Patricia) of French Lick; and his nieces and nephews, Kevin, Larry Ward, Stacy Ward, Mandy Cochran and Becky Tuell.
