She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence E. Huff, Sr. and Hazel M. "Dunham" Huff; her husband Charles E. Tibbs; her stepson Charlie Tibbs; and her brothers, Edward, Clarence and Donald Huff.
She is survived by: her daughter Shelley Broe; her stepdaughter Judy Land (Don); her brother Richard "Dick" Huff David of Oregon; her grandchild Ginny West John of New Hampshire; and her brother Joe Crow.
