He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth King and Mary M. King (Nicholson). He is survived by: his wife Anita King of Cuzco; his daughters, Nicole Stevens (Jeramie) of Cuzco and Jacklyn Gentry (Travis) of St. Anthony; his siblings, Mike King of Dubois, Rick King of Hillham, Linda Deal (Terry) of Kansas City, Lisa Hammond (Jay) of French Lick and Mary Busick (Dave) of French Lick; and his grandchildren, Alex Stevens and Ava Gentry. He is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
