He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Franklin and Bertie B. Stevens (Harris); his wife Opal Weikert; and his siblings, Ruby Qualkenbush, Opal Burton, Mary Oakley, Floyd, William, Robert and Kenneth Stevens.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Stevens Fix (James) of Bloomington, Indiana and Benjamin Stevens (June) of Springtown, Texas; his siblings, Perry Dean Stevens (Janet) and Betty Moffatt of August, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Joseph (Jackalynn) and Jessica Fix. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Friends.
