It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Francis Robbins (French Lick, Indiana), who passed away on May 26, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Doyle Cissell and Ruth Wheeler Cissell; and her brother David Cissell. She is survived by: her daughters, Lorie Robbins Foster and Theresa Lynn Robbins; her siblings, Leo Cissell and Alice Lamker; and her grandchildren, Terry Tidwell, Heather Foster, Ashley Klein, Kenneth Foster, Jr. and Jennifer Foster. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren and 1 great great granchild.
