He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Burton and Blanch "Kearby" Burton; his wife Mary Terlicher; and his siblings, Robert, Farwell, Clarence, Earl Lee Burton, Mildred Jeffries, Laverne Thomas and Grosse.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Pauline Burton; and his nieces and nephews, Pat, Cleo, Larry, Annetta and Joe.
