Dewey Lewis Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennie Lewis and Irene McCune Lewis; his wife Joyce Lewis; and his son Gary Dean Lewis. He is survived by: his former wife Mary F. Wininger; the mother of his children Mary Lewis of Paoli; his daughters, Melanie "Gale" Bright, Dewetta Kenney, Dena, French Lick and Rhonda Bullington (David); his stepchildren, Mark Dalton (Elizabeth) and Michelle Beaty (Rick); and his grandchildren, Tracy El Barbary (Zeb), Tammy Gehl, Tanya Hinds, Matthew Moore, Dena Schaech (Jeff), Ginger Parks, Jacob Bergman (Misty), Dusty Lewis (Jessica), Amanda Vernon (Sam) and Ashley Bullington. He is also survived by Sixteen great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren, 12 step-great-grandchildren and several cousins.
