He was predeceased by: his spouse Netta Mae Kalb; and his son Roy Barkley. He is survived by: his daughters, Ruth Meehan (Robert) of French Lick and Linda Radtke (Stewart) of French Lick, Indiana.; his brother Jimmy Barkley of New Castle; and his grandchildren, Jason Lowe, Kendra, Cody Radtke, Christopher, Mark Meehan, Justin Barkley and Jennifer Carnes.
