He was predeceased by: his parents, Robley Arthur and Nancy "Funkenhouser" Arthur; and his niece Tammy Cummings. He is survived by: his wife Mary Arthur; and his sisters, Roberta Walden Rincon (Keith), Georgia Catherine Wilson Charleston (Billy) and Jean Stirm Grant (Greg) of South Carolina. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
