He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Roach and Lucille Roach (Qualkenbush); his brothers, William Dale Roach and Cecil Roach; and his wife Dixie Roach (Winslow).
He is survived by: his children, Rebecca (Roach), Jeff Roach Florissant (Tom) and Rick Raleigh (Doris) of Colorado; and his siblings, Frankie Roach Nicholson Valley (Stella) and Billie Bird (Jim). He is also survived by Grandchildren (6) Great-Grandchildren.
