With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sally E. Starr of Fremont, Indiana, born in Montpelier, Ohio, who passed away on March 9, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John Hassleswerth; her daughters, Julie Flower (Chuck) and Joni Starr (Bill Bock); her grandchildren, Chandler Monroe, Marley Flower and Hudson Bock; her siblings, Virgil Rupp (Marilynn) and Sharon Steinke; and her parents, Elon Rupp and Helen Rupp. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Minnesota Landscape Arboretum, Trouvaille Memory Care (BeneTrou, Inc.), Grace Hospice Minnesota or Alzheimer's Association.
