He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Jean Beecher; his parents, Harold Beecher and Mary Alice Beecher; and his siblings, Harold, David, Nelson Beecher and Ruth Winlance.
He is survived by: his sons, Glen Beecher (JoAnn) of Fremont, IN and Kelly Beecher (Robin) of Watsonville, CA; and his grandchildren, Logan Bryan and Jackie Thiel. He is also survived by his 4 great grandchildren.
