He is survived by: the mother of his children Tanya Green of Angola; his daughters, Kristine Green of Angola, Angela Green of Angola and Katy Lee Green of Pioneer, OH.; and his sisters, Sandra Johns, Georgia Sherman and Kathy Jackson.
