It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Schaeffer (Fremont, Indiana), born in Hillsdale, Indiana, who passed away on August 31, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Ronnie Schaeffer; and her siblings, Bee, Doris, Leta, Quintin and Gary.

She is survived by: her husband Carl Schaeffer of Fremont; her children, Lois Jean Caldwell (Kenny) of Angola, Connie Carl Schaeffer of Thailand and Donnie Wayne Schaeffer of Fremont; and her grandson Jason Hall of Angola.
