Hazel Konrad Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Konrad (Fremont, Indiana), born in Woodville, Ohio, who passed away on December 26, 2018, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Bernice Hartshorne and Frederick Winkleman. She is survived by: her parents, Fred Winkleman and Susie E. Winkleman (Wheeler); her spouse Edward Frank Konrad; and her children, Carol Ann Blakita, Mary Sue Blakita, James Edward Konrad, Colorado Springs, Helen Marie Higbee of Fremont, Sharon Humbarger of Fremont, Irene Catherine Hancock of Fremont, Anthony Michael Konrad of Coldwater and Edward Frank Konrad of Angola. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations in her memory are requested to the Heartland Hospice or to the Dementia Society of America.
