She was predeceased by: her parents, Vern Echler and Ruth Echler; and her sisters, Carolyn Oliver, Doris Bolf and Nila "Sue" Biller.

She is survived by: her sons, Chuck Dornbush (Billie) of Angola and Robert Dornbush (Robin Meese) of Angola; her sister Verna Rakestraw (Jerry) of Angola; and her grandchildren, Noah, Liam, Robert, Olivia, Aiden, Paige, Jude and Ravi.
