We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2017 we had to say goodbye to Arthur Heinzelman (Fremont, Indiana), born in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Heinzelman and Cecilia Heinzelman (Ehinger); and his former wives, Phyllis and Ruth "Doreen" Forte Heinzelman. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Richard Forte (Mary) of Jimmerson Lake, Joseph Forte (Connie) of Rochester, Teresa Riethmiller (Thomas) of Fort Wayne, Frederick Forte (Susan) of Snow Lake and John Forte of Mishawaka. He is also survived by sister, and many nieces and nephews.
