He is survived by: his wife Donna Matlock; his sons, Aaron Pennington (Melissa) of Westport and Alan Pennington of Brown County; his grandchildren, Hunter and Alyson Pennington; and his siblings, Wayne Pennington of Cincinnati, Ohio, Dean Pennington of Cincinnati, Ohio, Kay Haven (Rick) of Scottsburg, Patty Martin of Scottsburg and Lisa Gibson of Scottsburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
