He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Blaker and Alma Blaker (Scott); his sisters, Marilyn Phillips, Betty Ownbey, Brenda Davis and Kathy Maxom; his daughter-in-law Renee Blaker; and his sister-in-law Joanne Blaker.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Blaker (Heather) of Medora, Terry Mullins (Marilyn) of Norman, Lisa Thompson (David) of Freetown and Karen Fleenor (Marvin) of Freetown; his grandchildren, April Bowan, Jesse Blaker, Tyler Blaker (Katherine), Rusty Blaker (Rosa), Megan Neukum (Derek), Zachary Thompson, Bailey Davis, Alia Davis, Jordan Davis, Raymond Combs, Melissa Wright (Chris) and Angela Hallow (Nevin); his brother Ronnie Blaker of Ocala, Florida; and his brother-in-law Eugene Davis of Columbus. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to Pershing Township Volunteer Fire Department.
