He is survived by: his children, Leota Satterthwaite (David), Kyan Arnold (Doug), Kenya King and Jordan Cook (Amber); his grandchildren, Zach, Kyle, Cody, Allie, Kennedy, Destiny, Riley, Lexi and Keenan; his great grandchildren, Landon and Jodeci; and his siblings, Steven Blackwood (Barb) and Sharon Percival (Mark).
