He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Odean Pruitt of Freetown and Pam Pearson (Fleetwood) of Edinburgh, Indiana.; his stepmother Kristy Pruitt of Seymour; and his sisters, Chasity Muns of Freetown, Katie Tormoehlen (Shane) of Vallonia and Ashley Pell (Jim) of Brazil, Indiana..

The family requests that memorial donations be directed to Indiana Donor Network of Riley Children's Hospital.
