He is survived by: his parents, Jack Fish and Joanne Mullins Fish; his children, Michael Fish (Angel) and Gretchen Bannister; his grandson Dagon Fish; his siblings, Jane Collins (Michael), Julie Holz (John) and JD Fish (Roos); and his friend Sundance. He is also survived by many nieces, nephew, great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
