Jason Allen Nelk Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jason Allen Nelk of Freetown, Indiana, born in Port Charlotte, Florida, who passed away on May 1, 2021, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father John "Kerry" A. Nelk; and his grandparents, Larry J. Dirmeyer and Dorothy Pauline Nelk. He is survived by: his children, Nathan A. Nelk of Maryville, Tennessee, Madison Jean Nelk and Cydni Grace Nelk; his stepfather Cyanda Nelk (Tim Troxel) of Freetown; his brother Robert C. Nelk of Nashville; and his grandmother Billie Jean Dirmeyer.

Memorial contributions may be given through the funeral home in memory of Jason to the Transformational Living Ministries.
