She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill M. Cooper and Ollie M. Cooper (Whitaker); her husband Billy E. Rotert; her siblings, Billy Ray Cooper and Shirley Brock; and her brother-in-law Paul Persinger.
She is survived by: her sons, William R. "Randy" Rotert (Marjorie) of Freetown and Richard L. Rotert (Kimberly) of Freetown; her sisters, Judy Bonebright (Don) of Brownstown and Betty Persinger of Brownstown; her grandchildren, Laura Vague (Dan) of Freetown, Richard Rotert (Tiffany) of Freetown and Matt Rotert (Paige) of Brownstown; her great grandchildren, Grayson Vague, Cooper Vague, Camden Vague, Elizabeth Rotert, Henry Rotert, Paisley Rotert and Paxton Rotert; and her siblings-in-law, Martha Jo Cooper and Sherman Brock.
Memorials may be given to Freetown United Methodist Church.
