She is survived by: her husband Norris "Bud" Smith of Freetown; her daughter Debra Kay Smith Sullivan (Bill) of Freetown; her daughter-in-law Elona Smith (Kenny Cowan) of Seymor, Indiana.; her sisters, Myrtle Edwards of Seymour, Carol Nowland of Kurtz and Patty Hanner (Nolan) of Freetown, Indiana.; her grandchildren, Tony Smith, Michael Sullivan and Brandilyn Smith Quick; and her great grandchild Jordan Quick.
