He is survived by: his wife Diana Freeman (Patton); his children, Stephanie Oakes of Spencer, Angela Wyatt (Jeff) of Solsberry and Russell 'Rusty Freeman (Terri) of Ellettsville; his grandchildren, Christian Freeman, Devin Buchtman, Ryan Oakes, Christopher Wever, Ashley Wever, Kristi Buchtman, Haven Freeman, Bianca Wyatt and Melanie Wyatt; his great grandchild Lilly; and his sisters, Treva Aynes, Helen Barnett and Sara Provines (Vernon).
