He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo R. Tussey and Frona Tussey Reffett; and his siblings, Jerry, Larry, Leo, Tom and Carol Reffett.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his son Phillip R. Tussey Jr. of Freedom; his grandchildren, Carrie A. Hockman (Michael) of Freedom, Tyler Hockman of Spencer, IN and Madison Hockman of Gosport, IN; and his siblings, Betty Griffith, Phyllis Reffett and Bruce Tussey. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
