Cook (Tonia) and Kathryn Davis (Steve); her grandchildren, William "Billy" Campbell (Jennifer), Shannon Neff (Erik), Erik Campbell (Deanna), Donovan Campbell, Phillip Osborn (Christina), Jennifer Frenz (Dylan), Michael R. Cook (Krystiann), Blossom Kirby, Dennis Creek, Daniel Cook, Sarah J. Irish (Jason), Steven W. Davis and Jennifer S. Davis; her siblings, Robert W. Smith (Doris), John Smith and Mary Sue Eaks; and her sister-in-law Jane Smith. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren.
