He is survived by: his spouse Elzira Couch Ragains; his children, Gerald Ragains of Fredericksburg, Danny Ragains (Lillian) of Fredericksburg, Steve Ragains (Karen) of Fredericksburg and Lynne Quinlin of Salem; and his siblings, Carl Ragains of Hardinsburg and Janet Olver of Roswell. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
