He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin "Dubie" and Berniece A. Amick (Althoff); and his brother Robert "Bob" Amick. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Johnson; his sons, Mark Amick (Lori), Randy Amick (Sandie) and Rob Amick (Joanne); and his grandchildren, Audra, Adrianne, Amy, Richard, Jessica, Gabe, Alex and Evan. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
