It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vera Swart of Frankton, Indiana, born in Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on July 19, 2021, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Starr and Ethel Blanche Starr (Groover); her husband Charles C. Swart; her grandson Tod Spradlin; her sister Betty Hull; and her pets, Sheba and Skylar.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marcia Spradlin of Anderson and Melinda Murphy of Alpine, TN; her grandson Mark Murphy; and her great grandchildren, Cory and Melissa Spradlin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to either the Frankton Christian Church or Riley's Children's Hospital.
