With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Steven Hobbs of Frankton, Indiana, born in Elwood, Indiana, who passed away on December 31, 2020 at the age of 69. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Steven Hobbs to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Dwight Hobbs and Betty L. Hobbs (Bitner); his son Kelby Cloid; his grandmother Emma VanBuskirk; and his father-in-law Carl Seastrand.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl (Seastrand); his daughters, Stephanie Sumpter (Shane) of Westfield, Mindy LaPierre (Jonathan) of Frankton and Kinzie Clevenger (Chad) of Anderson; his grandchildren, Emma, Logan Sumpter, Kelby, Kinley LaPierre, Kyndal, Kaceton and Preslee Clevenger; his brother Kerry Hobbs (Eloise) of Elwood; and his brother-in-law Alan Seastrand (Diana) of Davenport, FL. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions required social distancing and appropriate facial masking at all times.
In lieu of flowers it was Steve's wishes to contribute to the Frankton High School Athletic Department.
