Shirley Jean Phillips Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Jean Phillips of Frankton, Indiana, who passed away on July 7, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Ward and Madeline Ward (Robinson); her husband Jackie Phillips; her son Victor Lee Phillips; and her sister Marilyn Loper.

She is survived by: her daughter Cathy Burnett of Anderson; her siblings, Dale Ward of Anderson, Kay Shaffer of Seymour and Sue Cooley of Jeffersonville; and her grandchildren, Misty Cheatham, Kelly Hughes, Sarah Fitzgerald, Matt Phillips, Mandy Creighton, Spencer Phillips, Jack Phillips, Carly Phillips and Katie Smith.
