He was predeceased by: his parents, Fawnie Clark and Alice Clark (Carr); his brothers, Steven Clark and Roger Clark; his brother-in-law Homer Watts; and his close friends, Eric Rushton, Steve Spears and Rick Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Oglesbee of Frankton; his children, Megan Tran (Cuong) of Indianapolis and Jacob Clark of Omega; his grandson Arthur Tran of Indianapolis; his sisters, Shirley Watts of Omega and Judy Temme (Mike) of Florida; his in-laws, Don and Joyce Oglesbee of Frankton; his brother Donald; and his sisters-in-law, Cheryl Oglesbee of Frankton and Terri Clark. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
