He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Sprague and Naomi Sprague; his wife Mary Margaret Sprague; his granddaughter Natalie Sprague; his great grandchild Ella Paschal; his son-in-law Ed Paschal; and his sister Wanda Wright.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Sprague of Frankton, Brian Sprague (Andrea) of Frankton and Debbie Paschal of Frankton; his grandchildren, Adonica Ellis (Jason), George Paschal (Lindsay), Kristina Walls (Josh), Alicia Schilke (Sam) and Whitney Sprague; and his great grandchildren, Skylar, Garek, Jonah Ellis, Mariah Pashal, Jentry, Jamisyn Walls and Charli Schilke. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
