It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Etta (Irene) Melling of Frankton, Indiana, born in Elwood, Indiana, who passed away on June 19, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Dellinger and Beatrice Dellinger (Hobbs); her husband Jack Melling; her son Andrew Melling; and her siblings, Delores Benedict, Doree Mitchell, Esther McDaniel, Dorothy "Dot" Snyder, Ilene Warner, Donald Dellinger and Dilvert Dellinger.
She is survived by: her sons, Sam J. Melling (Dayle) of Kokomo and Patrick Melling (Randee) of Elkhart; her daughter-in-law Lynnee Melling of Elwood; her grandchildren, Samantha Melling, Dylan Melling (Ashley), Lee Melling (Sarah), Jackson Melling (Lauren), Alexandra Melling and Holly Melling; and her great grandchildren, Sariah Melling, Stasia Melling, Sophia Melling and Maggie Melling.
