He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hendrick and Sara Hendrick; his son Keith Hendrick; and his siblings, Bertha McCune (Virgil), Irene Garmon (Herman), Hettie Wilson (Oscar), Lucille (Garrett), Doris Salmon (Charlie), Lorene Mroz (Pete), Elbert Hendrick (Sally), Fred Hendrick (AnnaBea), Elvis Hendrick (Mamie), Roy Hendrick (Ida) and Thomas Earl Hendrick (Mildred).
He is survived by: his daughters, Anita Alexander (Phil) of Frankton and Laura Adams (Paul) of New Palestine; his grandchildren, Lisa Sowers (Mike) of Frankton, Kristy Franco (Carlos) of Indianapolis, Jana McAdams (Rick) of Frankton, Jason Hendrick of Edmonton, KY, Seth Humphries (Missy) of Paducah, KY and Mindy Hamaker (Stephan) of Frankton; his great grandchildren, Andrew, Brandon Sowers, Eli Franco, Braxten, Brinley, Braelyn McAdams, Shay Hendrick, Katelynn, Lilly Humphries, Launa, Lainey, Drake Hamaker and Jasmine Adams; his great great grandchildren, Chance Sowers and Adrian Adams; his sisters-in-law, Shirley Knight (Jim) and Margarett Runyan (Rick); his significant other Wanda Higgenbotham; and his significant other's children, Cindy Dwiggins, Jane Kubel (Joe) and John Higgenbotham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
