He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Hayes and Hazel Hayes. He is survived by: his son Barry Hayes (Sharon) of Frankton, IN; and his grandson Dennis Hayes of Anderson.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alexandria Church of the Nazarene.
