She was predeceased by: her mother Ruby Grimes (Fendley). She is survived by: her father Kenneth Grimes; her husband Perry Brown; her grandparents, Jesse, Grace Grimes of Kansas, Ralph and Ruth Fendley of Indiana; her uncle Kenneth Fendley; and her aunt Marilyn Wilson (Fendley).
Instead of flowers, the family thought it would be a kind gesture to donate to the American Cancer Society to help support families and medical professionals in their research and care.
