He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Fulmer (Orebaugh) of Greenwood, IN; his son Carl Merrill Fulmer; his daughter-in-law Peggy Ann Fulmer (Findley) of Greenwood, IN; his daughter Donna Lynne Lucas (Fulmer) of Greenwood, IN; his grandchildren, Andrew Fulmer (Crystal Carson Fulmer), Ryan Fulmer, Matthew Lucas (Kristin Maggard) and Casey Lucas; his great grandchildren, Drhea Carson (Joey Collier), McKenzie Carson, Chris Fulmer, Joey Fulmer, Addyson Amick, Cohen Fulmer, Ella Fulmer, Elijah Fulmer and Elias Lucas; his great great grandchild Memphis Collier; and his brother James "Jim" Fulmer of Greenfield, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
