He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Brown and Ruth Brown (Snepp); his sister Carolyn Robuck; his aunts and uncles, Hubert (Marie Brown), Lawrence (Twanett Brown), Dale (Louise Snepp) and George (Pat Snepp); his cousin Richard Snepp; and his pet Waylon.

He is survived by: his brother David Brown (Gail) of Franklin, IN; his uncle John Snepp (Barbara) of Southport, IN; his niece Erin Slevin (Ryan) of Franklin, IN; his great-nieces, Addie and Emily Slevin; his nephews, Matt Brown and Mike Brown (Ashley); his great-niece Krista; his great-nephew Jay; his nephew Brian Spencer (Libby); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Drew and Abby; his brother-in-law Greg Robuck of Bradenton, FL; and also Garry Brown of Rush County, IN..
