She is survived by: her spouse Charles Arthur Smith; her children, Jennifer K. Cromer of Franklin, Cheryl Yeager (Dan) of East Moline and Ron Smith (Denise) of Edinburgh; her grandchildren, James E. Cummings (Julie), Jena M. Martin (Kurt), Jessica S. Cummings, Shawn C. Yeager (Terri), Payton M. Yeager (Sarena), Bryan D. Yeager, Melissa Crawhorn (Tom), David Fisette (LaShana), Matt Smith and Kevin Bay; her siblings, Letha Ramey, Sandy Leonard and Robert Leonard of Missouri; her daughter Pamela Jane Smith; her granddaughter Janice Cummings Bay; and her siblings, Walter Leonard, Wilma Jean Carey, Harry Leonard and Glenda Leonard.
