As Louise Ann departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Louise Ann may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Louise Ann leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Adams and Hazel Sutton. She is survived by: her children, Jeff, Travis (Lynn), Tracy Fahy (Lori) and Amy Fahy; and her grandchildren, Kylee, Gavin and Brian.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (1977 S State Rd 135, Greenwood, IN 46143). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
